What our clients say
Quick answers
Can foreigners buy property in Spain?
Yes. Anyone can buy property in Spain, whether or not they live here. You will need an NIE (foreigner tax number) and usually a Spanish bank account. We arrange both and guide you through every step.
What are the costs of buying property in Spain?
On top of the price, taxes and fees usually add roughly 10–13%. This covers transfer tax (or VAT on new builds), notary, land registry and legal fees. The exact amount depends on the property and its value, so we give you a full cost breakdown before you make an offer.
How long does it take to buy a property in Spain?
Once you have chosen a property, a typical purchase takes around 6 to 12 weeks from reservation to signing at the notary. With a mortgage it can take a little longer. We plan every step with you so there are no surprises.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Valencian Community: Valencia city and its surroundings, Alicante, Castellón and Sagunto, from city apartments and beach homes to villas, land and rural properties.
Is the Golden Visa still available in Spain?
No. The Golden Visa ended on 3 April 2025, so buying property no longer gives you residency by itself. Other routes still exist, such as the Non-Lucrative, Digital Nomad and self-employed visas. We help you choose.
Do you speak Arabic?
Yes. We work in English and Arabic, and this whole website is available in both.
Do I need to be in Spain to start?
No. You can start from home. We can do viewings by video, and we guide you through the steps before you travel.
How much does it cost?
The first call is free. After that we explain our fees clearly in writing before you decide anything.
